Spotlight on Success – Libby Fox

Libby started her training with us back in 2020 and has more recently completed further courses this year at our Cambridge training centre. So far Libby has completed courses within:

• Manicure & Pedicure
• Gel Polish
• Acrylic & UV Gel Nail Extensions
• Classic, Hybrid & Russian Volume Lash Extensions
• Waxing

Libby says; “My experience with The Beauty Academy has been amazing! The tutors and support team have given me so much useful knowledge, beyond just learning my treatments. Having worked in a career for the last 16 years, I knew I wanted to do something different. With my youngest child off to school this year, I knew it was the perfect time to make the change. Training with The Beauty Academy has definitely given me the confidence to launch my own beauty business.”

Since completing her courses, Libby has made incredible progress with setting up her own home-based salon based in West Row, Suffolk. Foxy Nails by Libby now operates from her beautiful, converted garage setting with a bright, modern and comfortable space to receive lash, nail and waxing treatments. Libby is already making strides establishing a loyal client base and is hugely enjoying her new career.
